I just saw it today, aswome movie! lots of action, shooting and killing. The story was descent enough. That big rig was pretty cool, especially when it crashes.

 

i went in not expecting too much, i was actually surprised! decent movie, good acting, fair storyline and awesome killing

 

one of the best movies man.... I LIKE THE ACTION but story line is too obvious

I saw it last night.

I don't enjoy lowering my expectations for a movie.....

I figured out the plot 15min into it, and was a bit disappointed with the directing style during the races (would have been cooler if they had more angles to simulate watching the web-cast).

what was more disappointing is that there's no video game in developement. seems to me that the game could be better than the movie.....

 

I rented this and hamlet 2.

death race is an ok action movie, I like jason statham better in the transporter movies.

 

I liked it. I didnt expect it to be the greatset movie, so I wasnt really let down by the things that could have made the movie better. Overall its a good movie to watch if your into this kind of movie.

 

Im surprised to hear these reviews, I love Jason Statham in his earlier movies, but the trailer to this one made me laugh, I was sure it was going to be stupid, considering his last movie (In the Name of the King) was SO TERRIBLE it was hilarious.
