I read reviews mentioning that it was kind of a slow movie. You think it is all scary and full of the creepy images you see in the commercials, but in reality it is a court movie (like a 2 hour episode of Law & Order), with flashbacks to the creepy images.
Ebert and Roper gave it 2 thumbs up though (if that says anything). Just know what to expect when you go to the flick... Not a creepy Horror movie, but instead a courtroom movie with creepy flashback images.
Either way, I'll be going to see it. Not only do the commercials give me chills when I see them, but I am also a big Law & Order fan

It was good. It was hella scary at times...but then again exorcism movies do that to me....very minimal special effects. Great job with lighting and sound.

I'm a pussy when it comes to scary movies. I thought it was pretty cool. Very informative, it was more of a law and order case as it was stated earlier. I saw it with a bunch of girls. I hope they didn't see me pussy out hahaha.

Very mis informing movie. It is based on a true story. Yet nothing that happened in the movie was factual according to the real case in 1972.

Movie= Saying it was based on a true story=

I thought the movie was pretty lousy. However, I am one whom can neither sit still through slow moving scenes nor can I stand trial/law shows. Don't expect a scary thriller, as I did, because you will be dissappointed.

If I had gone into the theatre expecting a trial/law type movie, my opinion may have been different. But all the commercials screamed thriller, so that's what I was expecting.

I give it
