What exactly were you expecting out of a Stallone directed star-riddled action movie?
I expected a deep riveting plot oozing with suspense. I expected high production complex stunts and action scenes. I expected the heroine to be far better looking.

The CG blood was freaking lame.

If you guys thought this movie was amazing you must have been blown away by Ninja Assassin.

Inaccurate assumption.

To me The Expendables was a throw back to 80s action movies, where again, the plot makes you do this . It's just all about the action, full of one liners, and just a fun movie to watch.
This movie is exactly that.

Incorrect. I actually thought Ninja Assassin was one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

I did enjoy The Expendables though.

Very entertaining movie. Statham's knife antics were cool and I want that shotgun that Terry Crewes had!

What appears to be the best part of this movie is the cast....totally wasted in this poorly written and directed film. sure there are little moments and one liners that are memorable for about 5 minutes and action scenes we have not seen enough of...but this is a crap, direct to streaming download film.

I give it a 2 outta 10, cause it had sly, bruce, arnold, dolph, jet, etc... in it...but that's it. no plot, no character developement, not even well directed, just a great cast.

Ps the shotgun was sooo cool, thanks for the youtube on it.
