it was alrite.. to be honest..
it was tough but they squeezed all 3 stages into a movie.. and the sequel would start off with project D considering thats how they ended it with takumi joining.. in for the project....

could've picked a better lead for takumi then jay chou ..the difting was good( dori dori in action.. so u can expect some nice lines around the curves)......

but the highlight of the movie has got to be takumi's classmate and their fathers(comic relief)....

not the cars.. since.. there was only..

black R32GTR
white 94??FD(not sure the yr .but the ones with the flip up headlights)
black/white AE86 and 2 evo 5s in action... thats abt it.. ..kinda disappointing as far as the lineup and amount of drifting in it..

I think that was a 88-92 FD, don't know exactly.

Saw the movie this pasts weekend. Wasn't that good. Characters were merged and too much was left out. They should have just made the movie in the individual stages instead of cramming all 3 into 1. The emperors were damn hilarious, their car trailer and style of dress was cracking me up.
