Excellent movie - very entertaining and very violent. Keanu was pretty solid in it and overall was worth the ticket price.

I concur. A very good movie with a very believable performance by Keanu.

I liked it. the only complaint I heard was that it was predictable--which it was to a certain extent, but it was just good old badassery. Haven't seen an exciting and entertaining movie like that in a long time.

Not jumping on you, but when aren't action movies predictable? As you say, it was predictable to an extent, but it wasn't lazy predictable. They changed it up enough to keep it relatively fresh and it came across as you said, "good old badassery."

I usually go into action movies expecting something to just switch my mind off for and when I get something like "John Wick", I'm pleasantly surprised because it gets me invested in the characters.

That's why I said I wasn't jumping on you. Just a commentary on the absurdity of expecting a genre that is built around a very basic set of expectations to blow your mind with originality.

can't say this was even a good film. 2 demensional stuff I have seen many times before. Not well written or acted or directed. 1 outta 10 cause I like what's his name in the matrix and Constantine much better.
