Who's watching it? I wonder if we will see the "others." Also, does anyone else believe that the "monster" is a machine?

This is a pretty decent show. I just watched part 1 of the SF last night, and I'm looking forward to tonight's show.

A machine, huh? Sounds likely. I wanna know whats in that hatch.

I'm really digging this show, but for a season finale, they should have at least explained something, it ended like any other episode

These end of season "cliff hangers" are like LOVE/HATE relationships.

Docent, I think you're right. When Boone was being dragged off by the "monster" there was a definate chain-on-a-pulley like sound.

Any speculation as to what's down the hatch? I think it may be a constrol center for some rogue scientific or government group doing experiments on the island inhabitants.

Edit: oops, meant Locke, not Boone. Boone's the dead guy.

How about the shadow that keep moving around??

Here is a shot from the pilot show. I dunno if this was photo shopped or not.

That's really interesting I never noticed the shadow before, I guess that shadowy thing is part of the mystery of the island cause I doubt it's an editing flaw.

Have you seen it anywhere else?

I thought the engine exploded because a guy got sucked into it.

Yeah, the shadow was in the season finale right before the "monster" scene while they were hauling the dynamite.

Did anyone else laugh when Arst (sp?) blew up? I know it's sad, but I couldn't help it. My wife kept calling him Arse.

This show is great. I have watched every episode. As for the season finale, I thought it was pretty good. They can't answer all of the questions in the finale, then they wouldn't have anything to write about next year.
