Default punisher war zone

is by far the worst movie i have seen in almost 2 years..... i would put it UNDER redline the movie. and around the same as "shoot em up"

I had a VERY strong gut instinct to walk out after the 1st 10 minutes when he is hanging from the chandelier shooting everyone. I figured id stay and give it a shot since i had nothing better to do. it got worse, and worse and worse.

extremely bad acting didnt help either.

not even remotely worth going to see. even on dvd. i wouldnt even waste the time downloading it..

heh thats funny. I actually liked the first punisher. I also think its funny that they felt they needed to change the actor playing the punisher, yet the movie sucks more. Or maybe they coudlnt sign him for this one?

i wasnt planning on seeing this, and now i really, really wont plan on it.

At least it was a hell of a lot better than Cloverfield......even though that's not saying much.

I enjoyed it, but then again I was into the comic. The comics were pretty campy to begin with. This was WAY more accurate then the Tom Jane movie. The camp was a big part of the series, I felt then attempted to make the Tom Jane version too real. For some reason the Punisher series doesnt get the support in tallent and money that the other Marvel properties do. It's a real shame because the Punisher is by far in my opinion the best character.

I didn't really read the Punisher comic, but read lots of Marvel comics in general. This latest movie really seems to be more true to the comic. The last movie really tried to make it "real" and just ended up uninteresting. The last movie, the villain was weak and the Punisher wasn't hardcore enough.

This new movie was pretty dumb, but I knew what I was getting into and enjoyed it for what it was. I couldn't stop laughing at some points (guys jumping from roof to roof )

Of course, the best Punisher movie was the dolph lundgren one.

i agree 100%, just replace too real with too retarded. this punisher is kinda like a steven segal movie with a lot more blood, definately more enjoyable than max payne. and theres a certain scene with a certain backflip off a building and a missile launcher that made me fall on the floor laughing, top 5 funniest movie scenes of 2008.
