Salmon baked in Sake (rice wine)

Got this recipe from somewhere. Tried it, it's amazing!!

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless salmon fillet
1/2-cup soy sauce
1-cup sake (Japanese rice wine

Just so you don't think that noone is taking any notice of you....

The recipe looks terrific. It's quite similar to a recipe for slow cooked salmon that is very popular in Australia at the moment after it was popularised by a very famous restaurant in Sydney. What that recipe does is slow cook it in the marinade over a very low heat.

I will give it a try

It's not that. I was just trying to help hondagal fix a login problem with the site and had to post something somewhere. I figured food forum is the least active. :-)
