Default Seven Course of Beef

I went to My Canh in San Francisco and had the Seven Course of Beef (bo bay mon). Some of the items included roast beef salad, raw beef boiled in vinegar, beef wraps, beef meatballs, grilled beef, beef sausage, and beef rice porridge. I was so full but the food just kept showing up and smiling at me Anyone else tried these dishes? I totally dig authentic Asian food.

I just had it last Thursday night at Anh Hong (Valley Blvd, Rosemead). Instead of roasted beef sald, theirs have raw beef marinated in lime sauce. My favorite is Beef wrapped in La Loc leaves. Yum!

hmm we have Brazilian bbq here (churrascaria or somethin) and its all u can eat meat. The other day I had chicken legs, ribeye steak, sirloin steak, skirt steak, roast duck, shishkebab (lamb and beef) bacon, roast beef, ham and crab legs. Good thing i worked out before, that was a huge Protein rush....
