Sopranos
ok so i just finished watching the "final" episode of the show, and at the last min, just as meadow is walking in the door of the restaurant it just stops. STOPS! black screen, silence, then credits?

It was implied that she walked in and saw her father or whole family being shot. Didn't you notice the awkward guy who walked in, sat down and kept nervously glancing at Tony? If you've seen previous episodes or any other mobster type film, you'd know that was a strong sign that someone was about to be killed. He walked into the bathroom to maybe get a gun that was stashed or whatever. As soon as Meadow walked in, he probably came out and BANG!
Now who was he? He was probably a member of Phil's crew who was still loyal.

I'm sorry to inform you that you were whacked last night at the end of the finale episode. Yep, in the biggest bloodbath ever, the viewers were the one's 86'd in episode 86. Just like Phil, you never saw or heard it coming. You simply caught a glimpse of your own face just as David Chase put a cap in your ass, sealed your fate and everything went black.

I dont think Tony got wacked, I dont think the guy was a hitman... but him and the guy with the USA were possibly feds or maybe just some random guy who recognized Tony on TV. I think it was one of the 2 especially after the quotes that were posted from on interview on CNN.com about it
"You want Tony blown away? You want him in jail? Chase is saying, 'Fine, you write that script,"' Herron said. "He's saying that life goes on, and art goes on, and he's just going to end it right here."
I think it was just giving an inside look at how tense of a life Tony lives. For some reason I just kept waiting for the whole family to get wacked in the resturaunt.

[QUOTE=Stiggy,Jun 11 2007, 09:56 PM]Interesting interpretation. If that's the case, then why was there a hit man who kept looking at Tony? He wasn't looking at the camera, he kept nevously looking at Tony. I think Tony was clipped, not so much "the viewer being wacked". Interesting thing, is that
