No, Tony didn't die. He couldn't, they still have 19 episodes before the show comes to an end. I'm betting he'll die within the last 5 episodes.

Raymond died, he was the older guy who had been ratting to the feds, he was also the actor who used to have a recurring role on the Rockford Files as a mob guy named Danny boy from brooklyn who had it in for Rockford. Another member of the Soprano family hung himself but he hadn't been on much in previous episodes I don't recall his name.
The last scene left things up in the air whether Tony may be dead, he sure looked it after Uncle Junior shot him.

tony was still breathing right before they switched to closing credits. i taped it and was watching it with headphones (cuz it was in the middle of the night and i didn't want to wake anyone up) and it was very apparent that there were breath sounds coming from tony.

you can always hear tony breathing even if he isnt on camera though
