We could have a police motorcycle escort for $75 dollars a motorcycle.

 

I'll be driving from New Bern to Knoxville on Wednesday before the event. On Thursday, I plan to scout the area to make a meeting point to coordinate a drive. I also plan on meeting with the local authorities to coordinate an escort to the highway from the hotel.

Don't fear this as we won't be doing anything foolish during the drive. They'll surely know we are in town, so it's better we befriend them and have them help us out with the traffic and so on. I want the beginning of the drive to be as stress-free as humanly possible.

This part of the event will be decided upon on Thursday and be included within the event packets.

 

Dang, this is starting to sound "organized"!

Is the hotel going to have a hose out back again? Or do we need to scout for a car wash?

We stayed at this hotel for an event before.... but not sure if the name of it is the same now.
