I'm getting a feeling that we may not make the count on the fine dinning at the Biltmore. I feel if the count comes close to the min/max.of thirty people we should take a vote on paying a little extra per person for the affair. I myself would be willing to pay an extra twenty dollars per person if it is as much as you say it is. I'm coming too far for what may be too little if we can't do the full affair. Perhaps a repost of the event for others regions may encourage others to attend.

 

I've forgot to mention that,yes i've sent my checks for the dragonball run as well as the biltmore event. also i've made reservations for four nights at two different hotels. Please don't let the bottom fall out of what seems to be a great time. Spread the word.

This is characteristic of most events. People generally wait until the last week or two to make a committment. We'll get there!
