Can anyone give me the best route to the Dragon.
- Take I-40 into Knoxville
- Take I-140 (Pellissippi Parkway) south towards Alcoa
- Exit onto US129 South (Alcoa)
- Just pass the airport, 129 veers off to the right; stay left (this is TN 35, can't recall the street name)
- Follow 35 until it veers to the left, joining with 321 (South)
- Follow 321 for a few miles; you'll see a sign for Foothills Parkway - turn right onto Foothills
- Foothills connects 321 with US129; when Foothills ends (you'll be looking at a river), turn left onto 129. The gravel lot is 3 miles up the road.
To get home, reverse.

As an alternative (never taken it, but it looks a bit quicker possibly):
- Take I-40 towards Knoxville.
- Exit 364 - US 321
- Turn right on 321 and follow that through Maryville all the way to Foothills Parkway.
It's all small towns/suburbs, so the road may not be fast like I-140 and US129 are.
