That's over by the pavilion at Fontana Dam (infamous for SubWay lunches)
That GPW in the background is Funsdead's car (from Raleigh)...he's no longer an owner... But I think that might be DragonBall Run 2001...maybe DragonBall Run 2002.
I'm betting it's DBR 2002. That GPW/All Red build didn't happen til 2002 Model Year.
