Let me explain this to you in USA English and not Canadian Metric English! (I know, WTF is Canadian Metric English!)
The list shows 23 respondents. When you add in the +1's, the total rises till you get to 33 PEOPLE!!
If you want, you could convert that to liters... and have about 41.25 people!
