That's what I'd gather. Contact your insurance agency and let them know that you plan to deliver 4 OEM Wheels back to the shop while the work is being performed. It's safer to do this so that way when they paint you have no issues with over-spray on the wheels.
Let them know that you'd appreciate the cut you the check for the damaged wheel and you will have it replaced as it is from an overseas company.

Assuming the crack is on the rim (ass opposed to the hub/spokes) they wouldn't repair it... and this company does a LOT of wheel repairs. If the crack is on the flange they'd repair it. Just as an FYI, normally you have a dealer/repair shop with an account send it in. The company happens to be close by for me though.
