Stock wheels on both cars. Sooner or later I plan to purchase a set of Gold Advan K57Pro's for the Evo, but that's not till after DBR

Pulled it down in August of 05' once I initially started hearing the clunking noise, September 14th I installed the new suspension and brakes - drove it 82 miles... noise never went away. That night I put her back on jack stands and she has been there ever since.

So... September 14, 2006.

There is no question, unless I break something else it will be at Wake the Dragon 2007! I did some small things to it this weekend, just waiting on Alex to upload the pictures from his camera.

Huh? What do you mean, like what's left?

Honestly, there really isn't that much left. Engine bay is pretty much back together. Just need to purchase my aem peak & hold injector driver - wire that up... put fuel rail and injectors back in... install intercooler & piping... finish connecting all hoses to intake manifold... and do a valve adjustment, then the engine bay is done. Interior is done for the most part, just need to install three switches in my driveside visor and run the lines to the ems.

After that, I'll begin working on the driveline and exhaust. Need to purchase my electronic cutout, 3" flexpipe, and muffler.. then have a friend weld up the exhaust for me. On the driveline, next month prior to the Dragon I'm heading up north to visit Inline Pro and am planning to buy their 300ZX Differential Conversion Kit. . Only thing left from that point is tow the car up north and have it tuned.

It allows for the replace of the stock S2000 differential with one from a Non-Turbo 300ZX. That diff has been known to hold up to consistant abuse from 1000whp cars, problem free. Plus it comes with a 4.08 final drive and viscous LSD!

Also replaces the stock axles with driveshaftshop stage 5 axles, rated to 600whp and custom driveshaft!
