Either....
1. not enough attendees
2. organizer(s) got tired of 2 events a year
3. organizer(s) wanted to make WTD bigger by only having one event a year
4. the Earth was in alignment with Mars and Venus on the 2nd Tuesday in September
Not 100% sure why.... was given a reason... but forgot the wording.... I think it was closer to #3 above tho.
