Has anyone figured out why some posts just show .... User Posted Image?

I quote it.... and it still doesn't show the pic...

I cut and paste the link from the post and use the img button, still don't show...

I go to the webpage, copy the url again... use the img button... and it shows...

Then the pic in the original post is visible also.
