I actually have only seen 1 accident on the Dragon, in all my visits, and 1 more on the Cherry hole. Both were motorcycles going off. The one on the Dragon the guy fixated on the cliff and drove into it (slowly), the other the guy ran out of grip/skill and rode the bike across the the road into a guardrail, which spared him a ~300 foot fall.
But I'm pretty sure the first DBR and the most recent DBR were the only events where there wasn't at least one incident. And both those events were filled with relatively older / mature drivers.

This year, I was about 3 cars behind the person that went off (it was on 28, not the Dragon-proper.) But I didn't see it, I was too focused on what I was doing.

Off the top of my head
- Asshat from VA that went off chasing Billman
- Lee
- An older guy went off near where Lee did back in '03 or '04
- the girl from Atlanta who went off into a cliff (cosmetic damage, mostly) after getting two speeding tickets on the way up
- Pretty sure Durf ****ed his car up at one of the Dragon meets
