I'm updating our internal website. I'm, best I can tell, the 8th or 9th person to edit it... everyone but me and my predecessor used FrontPage to edit it, and FrontPage does a lot of dumb things, like stick tags inside of URL links. It's ****ing annoying.

They left... this file was originally created July 1999. The web guy seems to have been a rotating responsibility with short timers.
