Will you be getting a lodge or a cabin Pete?
Again, I haven't decided. I actually did BOTH last year, and in a lot of ways preferred the lodge. But the cabin is cheaper, and it IS nice.

Ierno.

That's what I am thinking.

Getting a cabin is cheaper, but that's only if you don't get screwed. I had like 3 people bail at the last minute. Luckily one of them (Dave) was nice enough to cover his bit of the room though - I appreciated that on so many levels.

The lodge is a bit more expensive, since it's only one bed. But guaranteed that you wont screw yourself out of paying it - lol. Plus from what I heard it's a lot cleaner. Just have to deal with walking my drunk ass back to the lodge from a drinking cabin.

Yeah, the lodge is kinda far from the best drinkin' cabins. I split a lodge room last year. (There were two beds in there, perv.) So it wasn't bad with a roomate.

Also, my plans are not 100% final yet, and may not be until near the last minute so I may just have to go with the lodge because the cabins may all be taken.

Yeah - we got the magnolia last year, which I believe you saw. It was a nice cabin, but the kitchen was FLOODED with ants.

I wonder if they are going to remember me. We stole all of the patio chairs that we could find and put them around our fire pit Friday Night. Planned on returning them Saturday. But with the power being out, we just checked out and left.

Our cabin was nice. We had no problems with bugs. One of the guys dropped out at the last minute, but we were able to find someone else to stay with us to help make it up. Then another one of our guys dropped out (quite literaly) in the middle of the event.
