I think we were averaging about 2.5 with it. Normal trucks get 4-5. We always drove with heavy feet, so we were typically towards the 4 number. The 650 was a riot, we'd be around 79000 lbs and keeping up with the guys with empty flat beds. Of course, we weren't paying for the fuel!

The Isuzu engine the GM uses in their 2500HD/3500HD is really good.
