I'm back. 
My grandfather indeed passed on Saturday...at 3:10pm. We were about an hour too late to see him...but I think it was better that way. His funeral was really nice, very respectful. It was a very nice service. Jersey was C_O_L_D...wowza.

Sorry to hear the final out come. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. And yes, sometimes it is better to remember your grandfather as he was in earlier times then in the state he was before he passed away. May he rest in peace.
