~3 hours for me, too... stupid tunnel was closed, took over an hour to get here (should be ~20 minutes). But I have a 3 day weekend too.

Yeah, tunnel going other direction was closed on the way to work today. I hope it's free flowing on way home!

 

I assume the south bound was flooded... northbound was closed for a while, then reopened... took me 30 minutes to get through downtown to the exit of the tunnel to resume my merry way.

Oh, and there was a Ford Focus that had driven up on the median wall... ****ing douche!

Yeah, Westbound had some guy who works for the transportation department standing in the middle of the road stopping traffic - backed up just shy of 3 miles.

Eastbound was flowing quite smoothly. But this was around 1230pm Eastern Time.
