I'm a moderator on a local forum, www.vadriven.com and love to ban my friends for bullshit reasons. For example, I was at dinner with a bunch of friends and someone was trying to take a picture of me for my profile pic on their new phone. One of the guys there tried to tickle me so I'd smile for the picture. When I got home I banned him for random acts of faggotry.

I mean, I can see giving him a slap on the wrist for making a secondary account specifically for giving someone a hard time, but banning him for it?
