Well my dumb friend who can't ever make good on his commitments just backed out on me (thanks for the advance notice!)...

Is it too late to change my registration info and shirt size? (Luckily I have someone who can take his place on such short notice)

About the shirt sizes...They normally have extras & will let you exchange at the registration desk...!! I had ordered a Ladies Large, last event...and it was more like an infants Small...!!! Shelia exchanged it right there...!!!
