OK, Passed thru today.
Not a lot of water over the falls @ Bridal Falls. Wind was blowin it all over the place.
As you can see, there's plenty of room to park off the road.
Dry Falls was actually wetter and louder:
(take a poncho and or bag to put your camera in if you plan on walking under the falls (and be careful around the slippery rocks).
