Got my fresh tires on and an alignment today. Dave, your place was pretty good except for them ordering re011s for the front instead of re-11s. So that set me back a week but they got the alignment set up just right and the tires were all installed properly with no scratches on the wheels. Now I've just gotta change the oil, diff and tranny fluids and I'll be good to go.
Brian,
Hmmm -- I've never even heard of re011s. I trust Eddie got you sorted out to your satisfaction. Apparently RE-11s in our sizes are still "on allocation", and a bit hard to come by.... anyway, glad it is sorted out now.
See you up there!

Yeah, Eddie called me up after I left last week to see what had happened (another guy was helping me). I had ordered the tires the week before last over the phone and apparently the guy ordered re011s (a passenger tire) for the fronts, though he got the backs right. I got there last week and sat down to wait and I was going over the service receipt and I noticed the error. So luckily I stopped them before they got the wrong ones on. They ordered the right ones and I had to wait another week for them to get it. But it's good now. I still ended up paying like $1070 though! My wallet hurts
Bridgestone thinks a lot of their tires. I paid $950 for RE01rs two years ago.
Eddie is the man. I personally only deal with him. He's helped me out a number of times, and knows the meaning of customer service. And a sweet Acura, too

The tires were only about $850. The rest was labor/fees and the lifetime alignment I bought. I got tired of paying $100 every few month when the other places weren't doing any better than firestone and the lifetime is only $139. I went to a specialty shop at the recommendation of someone on the forum and wasn't too impressed. So I was gonna try another place that was recommended but the dude would never answer his phone or return a call. And the last time I just went to Crown Honda and they ended up jacking it up so the steering wheel had to be held slightly left to go straight. But firestone did it up right.
