Default The devil's triangle

How many of you made the effort to go find this road? I'd definitely say it was my favourite road of the weekend. I'd highly recommend it for anyone who wants a crazy road that is f@#ked up, but in such a great way!

It is awesome!
Clockwise direction is the scariest for sure.
I can't believe that road can sit there like that. Some of the edges drop straight away from edge of asphalt. If you do it, be careful and absolutely respect the lines.
Pavement is in very good condition. A good section of it must have been repaved last summer because it was in better shape than I remember from last April.

I agree this road can get you in trouble very quick with no shoulder period. White line and then nothing!!!

put a wheel wrong and you die. badly.

The road (116) is really fun coming from Bryceville- after a great burger at the old Fox's roadside restaurant south of town. That's going counterclockwise.

very enjoyable road both ways. also, check out the old prison on the approach.

I dont recall doing it counterclockwise but I do really me and some of the metro folks HAULING ass through it...and yes, quite nerve racking if you too a glance over the white line...because there was nothing there but far away trees!

Yeah I loved it. My favorite road from this past trip - first time on this road. It is very very very wild. I recommend being very comfortable with your own ability and your car before even going on the road.

Yes this drive should be for experienced drivers only, and in daylight only.

The road itself doesn't look overly tricky for the most part, but I get how it can get you into a bunch of trouble if you stray outside of the lines.
