Doesn't it seem that no matter how thoroughly you pack for a trip, you ALWAYS forget something? Post 'em as you think of them.... I'll make a list.

Camera

Jacket/gear for the repelling of bonded hydrogen and oxygen molecules that could potentially, but probably won't, fall from the sky

FRS Radios, cell coverage is non-existant there.

Tire pressure guage.

Matches to start campfires. It's better to have WAY too many matches, than not enough.

Extra Oil and a rag for checking oil

Print out some maps of the area.

Double, no TRIPLE check your directions TO Fontana Villiage, do NOT rely soley on your GPS unit.

PLENTY of music to listen to in the car.

Car washing supplies

Also, don't forget to leave your ego at home. The Dragon is NOT the place to prove how cool you are. If you have the right attitude about experienceing the Dragon, you will have a GREAT time!

Batteries - lots and lots of batteries - for radio, camera, flashlights, etc.

Umbrella for the bonded hydrogen and oxygen molecules.

Extra jacket, sweater, shirt etc just incase the bonded hydrogen and oxygen molecules deside to bond to you!

And food! Just in the event the only grill in 20 miles is to busy, disinterested or OUT OF FOOD! (No joke, you want a "food stash" just in case).

And if your doing the cooking, charcoal, steaks and beverage. I'll take mine medium rare

I'm from Abita Springs!!! You know I'm bringing some great beer.

Now if I could only figure out a way to fit a keg in the trunk.... But where will I put my luggage? Maybe I'll just strap the keg in the passenger seat! I'm sure the troopers would LOVE that!

"Uh, no officer, I haven't been drinking..... Naaa, that's an auxiliary fuel tank!!"

Oversize NOS bottle... because you can't get it filled at the Dragon

"But I only use it to get to 35mph a little faster"
