smccoy........... count me in for the caravan. I'll be rolling in from wilmington. I checked mapquest, Bill Graham Pkwy and I-85 sounds easy enough.

Anybody leaving Wilmington on Friday............ ?

 

ACLR8, dave22, and I are thinking about leaving Virginia on Thursday evening to stay in Charlotte that night. Then head to Knoxville Friday morning. Anyone want to head in with us?

I'll be in Charlotte the last half of the week, and if I can get out early enough on Friday I'll tag along.

I know right where BG & 85 is, there's a Cracker Barrel behind the Exxon gas station, should be able to hang there for staging. The only fast food is a mile or two down BG.

 

That is our plan too

I'll let you know where Dave, Rob (ACLR8), and I are staying once we figure that out.

At this point............. my best guess would be leave Fayetteville around 5:45 -or- 6:00am.
