Dragon run?
Charles, I have a conflict. I have to be in Michigan on the 20th. Possibly only for the afternoon, but either way, I'm not sure I'm up for all the driving that weekend (450 miles each way to Alcoa, 150 miles each way to Michigan). Basically I have to decide whether I want to do the driving school (20th) or run the Dragon. If it's the latter, I have 1500 miles of driving that weekend. Big 'ol PITA.
So, basically, count me out. However, that still leaves Sumir, drjekyll, cbj, lovetodrive, and probably a few others... so, it's your call (or Joella's
).
Unless you can postpone until the first weekend in November... (which of course leaves the risk of bad weather and most of the leaves will be off by then)
:sigh:

oops! I will be up next weekend too then. I went up today and ran a few times though! Had a couple of sport bikes who refused to pull over! I'm back in cookeville though so I'm a little closer to the dragon!
The weather was absolutely beautiful up there and there was almost 0 gravel in the corners. It was also very vacant considering there was a UT home game today

Would anyone be interested in getting their cars dynoed before the run on Saturday? I ran across a shop (5 min. from West Side Honda) that has a Dynojet. I talked to the guy yesterday and they would open up for us on Saturday morning if there was enough interest.
A base run cost $50. This includes three runs in a row. There are more detailed options for those of who are more experienced.
