dunno, i think guests can have them maybe, i know if they are placed by a mod they can because i have members in the Music City Community that are guests and they got badges.

 

A guest can have a pseudo badge (the ones that appear rn in a person sig) not the ones that appear above the sigs.


This being said...since the Dragon has its own forum...come S2li ver. 4 The Dragon badge COULD be made an official badge

 

ok, since im about to leave work, im thinking im going to give the rest of this to willie gee, i see he is an artist and Ill trust his decisions on the animation of my layout. Hopefully you guys find it to your liking. Willie, i think youll know what im thinking of doing with the animation as soon as you see it.

 

Oh well, i havent heard back from Willie, he must really be swamped. Ill take the work home with me and give it to him as soon as i know where Im supposed to send this stuff to. He never gave me his email address lol.
