Safe at home after a fabulous long weekend! Had one NC state trooper pull out right next to our group on I-40 near Charlotte but luckily he was after the pickup in front of us. Whew! Great times with great people.

 

Home safe and sound after another fantastic time with the most awesome people in the world!!!

 

Laura and I got home around 7:00 after picking up the kids from the in-laws'.

Great trip, great people, great fun, meeting new friends and getting reacquainted with old ones, getting a polite warning from the NC Highway Patrol, eating good food.......good times.

So, is it time to go to DBR yet?

 

I just got home after leaving at 11am.
I am excited for next year.

in ocala stopped for the night...still got about 260 miles to finish up tomorrow

This is The Bama Dave and The faceless Black Mamba made it home safe. I can't say thanks to all the people who helped me during my misfortune on 28 saturday afternoon. To you a big thanks again. Lionel, Mike and myself left early sunday morning. The car believe it or not had no problems at all. Really got great gas mileage on the way home, the new force induction on the S. To Billman, I can't thank you for what you did for me on your vacation to WTD X. Tomorrow I should be able to get the Black Mamba looked it for an estimate. I will be back up there with a new outlook on driving the roads around the area. Hope to see you again up there. Later BD. Placed one of the (Little Switzerland Downtown) LSD sticker on the new front end of the car but now stands for Loves Slow Drives. LOL Had a blast this year great to see everyone.

 

Home Safe! Drove around through Tennessee all day sight seeing with some of the South Carolina crew. It was great meeting everyone, see you all in the fall!
