But back to the topic. Since my name's on the letterhead, anyone should feel free to contact me to discuss any concerns that they would like addressed. I will address all concerns in direct relationship to the hourly rates charged for the addressing of said concerns.
Please make sure to identify yourself as an owner of an S2000 who has a concern. And tell the receptionist to direct your call either to me or my legal assistant.
Also, feel free to call me if you would like any concerns addressed related to eminent domain, property rights or land use litigation or general questions concerning the proper method for appraising real property interests. Hey, I figure if anyone wants to go to the trouble to contact me they also may want to contact me about something I actually know something about.
Although not really an area of my specialization, I also am fairly up to date on Constitutional law issues, primarily related to the 1st Amendment and the Commerce Clause. I will be happy to offer opinions on these areas, free of charge.
Finally, if anyone happens to come by the Orlando area, feel free to contact me, and I will address your concerns in person. But I insist that the Tequila or Bourbon or lunch, as the case may be, is on me.
