I imagine in time one or two of those will switch off 129 and start covering the foothills, especially if there's an accident or reports of, uhh, large groups of vehicles moving at a high rate of speed.
I thought the Foothills was a National Park road?

If so, I thought the state troopers didn't patrol it?

I'm not sure who it was, but I've been pinged with radar a couple times on the foothills... once late at night with Sumir and another on my way to meet someone at the gravel lot...

This is great news! It's been a while since I've been on it. I thought it was never to be opened again after the slide. I'm looking forward to experiencing those nice long sweeping turns again, at speed of course!
