A Great Dragon Writeup
Great write up Willie...very eloquent.
I think the attraction is the natural "high" you get from
conquering (slaying) the Dragon, pushing ourselves a little
further and further each time to find the very edge of
performance, both from the car and driver.
Billman said it during the weekend of the Dragon...something
to the effect of "the Dragon gives you a high that no booze
or drug can ever compare to".

Great write up.....
The Dragon is very challenging.... don't think about sex while you are on it or you'll end up in the trees or side of the mountain....
I've been heading down to the Dragon since event one, and I hope I never miss one....
The roads, scenery.,.... but mostly the people..... it becomes addictive... seeing these insane people who drive 1000+ miles to get there..... never been part of anything like this in my life.....
The Rauls, Pablos, Rons, Sheilas, Brians, Lens, Hiros, Denny's... the list could be endless.... that is what makes the Dragon..
You can run it by yourself, but it is great running it with friends (any S2000 driver) and getting to the end safely and talking about the run.....
Well... I'm one of those junkies who can't wait till DBR 08!!!!!!!!!!!!
