Help with posting/attaching media

Can anyone advise as to how I can either post or attach GoPro media!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have saved my Unplanned run thru The Dragon using a newlt acquired GoPro.

Upload to video site like Youtube or Vimeo, then post the link here. Someone else will have to chime in with more detailed direction.

+1. Once you upload it to youtube, all you have to do is post the link and it will automatically embed the video.
