NO - Not an average Harley Rider on The Dragon.

Just like all the rest that decide to pass on a Double Yellow line, be it a HD, Car, Truck, Crotch Rocket, etc. Too many to list.

I come up from Florida twice a year on my HD and 2 or 3 times with my S2000 and I see this type passing all the time by all type of vehicles to include LE.

Cross the Double Yellow and pay the price.

I do hope the rider is okay, and hopefully all that see's the vidoe learns from it.
