Link doesn't work so all i can do is print the screen and fill in the info by hand, is that what Raul is lookin for?

I have a note into him but really wanted to get this done today....

 

Anyone? anyone? Buheler? Ferris Buhler?

OK, haven't heard back from Raul, again the link is the same as the screen, there is no printable form that i can see.

Raul seems to have very specific directions to fill out the form and it looks like he wants it done by hand "print clearly".

Anyone signed up? Can you give me some help?

 

I've been signed up for awhile, but I just checked it again to make sure it still worked, and it does.

In the main sign-up thread is the link to the registration form -- sounds like that's working fine for you. Then within the registration form there's a link for a "printer friendly" version of the form. Click that and then from that one you can either do File|Print or right-click and select Print. You should then be good to go.

OK, I still can't make this work, I am an engineer so hold your comments.

Seriously, i want to do this correct as i'm sure Raul has his share of hard work to do for this event.

OK i've copied the link into my browser, printed the link by right clicking on it and always get the same result, which looks like the below. if i can just fill this in, i'll do it today, again just want to do this correctly.... Thanks for the help!
