Default I just had a crazy realization!

I have always heard of the dragon ball run and never really new where it was until I saw the name Fontana Village in a Thread today... Long story short almost every year I got to Nantahala North Carlolina to mountain bike ride at Tsali and white water raft. Well this past summer we went again and were looking for something else to do since the water wasn't white lol being the off season (even thought TVA did a release) So we rented a boat at the Fontana Villiage Marina(dont quote me on that name) and water skiied. We drove that road went to the lodge and stopped at that little motorcycle hangout. So Ive acutally slayed the dragon but in a Ford Explorer not my S2000. LOL So do I get a Ive slayed the Dragon Badge HAHA

Heres alittle proof ...

Cozzy Bought at the motorcycle hang out...

Me Skiing on Fontana...

Did you go PAST the store at Deal's Gap going North on 129? If not, you never got to the Dragon.

It sounds like you got right up to the Dragon's tail, then then backed away from it.

The "little motorcycle shop" markes one end of the Dragon.

The other roads in the area are VERY nice, fun to drive, with great scenery. They are NOT the Dragon though.

I don't think he ever made it to Deal's Gap guys...that little motorcycle shop is probably the one that Fontana owns which is called the Hellbender 28 Pit Stop.

Remember that from the lodge itself to the Dragon is about a 15/20 minute drive in the S2000...probably 25 minutes in the Escape.

Trust me...revisit with your S2000 and experience the Dragon!!

Hey, now you have an excuse (as if any sane person needed one) to go back. Make it out to our big annual Spring event, "Wake the Dragon." It's gonna be on April 17, 18, 19 and 20.
