Default Moderate Drive to Franklin, NC

Friday 10:30am, I'll be leading a moderate run to Franklin, on the legendary Moonshiner 28. We'll stop at Bridal Falls and Dry Falls, where we can drive and walk behind to see what the back of water looks like. Plenty of Kodak moments, so bring a camera. We'll have lunch at Cafe REL around noon (Cash only, Cafe does not take credit cards). There is gas on the way and also in Franklin.

Some pics from last year...

Maybe we can merge this with the road to nowhere trip somehow. I want to do it all dammit this run was fantastic last year despite being horrendously hung over!

Does this coincide with the newbie drive? If not, I'd like to check out the falls.

This will be after the newbie drive by the same leader so you can do both.

No worries, I'm leading them both. The Frankin drive is definitly well worth it.

They can put some of that newly found Dragon experience to use on Rt 28.
