Again next Spring we will have The Reptile Run 2015 in Marion, Va. Check out some of the local roads around Marion before heading to Fontana for RtD 2015. Just a heads up Easter (April 5th,2014) is the same time that some of us usually arrive in Marion, Va for the Reptile Run 2015. We might have to adjust the arrive date to Monday April 6th. I'm verifying the availability of rooms even as we speak. We'll probably be good for both April 5 and 6 but I want to make sure.

Are yall planning on heading to Fontana on the 6th or 7th?

 

We usually head down to Fontana on Tuesday, April 7th. There will be 2 to 3 groups taking different routes. We all head to The Snake US 421 and from there break into different drives to Fontana for RtD 2015. The route I'm going to do is LSD with some time on Blue Ridge Parkway with lunch in Little Switzerland, doing a loop around 226 and then head down Route 80 to Old Fort, NC. If time permits doing the roads that Micheal and I did during the fall dragon event but that would be pushing it.
