While we are on the subject of fresh ideas, LOL
This event is somewhat later in the spring than normal which means potentially warmer weather and more leaves on the trees. Any suggestions on drives that incorporate something warm weather related. I led a June RTD 2016 drive that incorporated a rafting trip which was a lot of fun but poorly attended.
Not sure if it would be warm enough to repeat that? Any other ideas?

How about we take a group photo highlighting the people attending, and not the cars? I know we have done this recently, but maybe pick a time when everyone isn't trying to get on the road (in other words, not at the gravel lot?) Maybe before the banquet Saturday evening? Friday night on the ball field if it is light enough?

OK... I'm not the organizer... but like to lend a hand, or stir the pot at these events!
Who wants to be the "official" photographer for the event... To take the group photo?
Maybe take some time, think about where you feel would be a good spot, good background... and how much time you need to get people organized (10-15 minutes tops!)..
Plan when to take it (must be sometime when everyone/most can make it without interrupting their drives)....
Then get a hold of Ken with your thoughts!
If you are not 100% sure you can attend, please do not volunteer, as you would leave 150-300 people disappointed!

Have to know what you are going to do prior to the roll out, so that you can let everyone know what to do when they reach the gravel lot.
Can't have everyone standing around talking in the gravel lot for 15-20 minutes, and then decide where you want everyone!
Just my two cents worth.

Just remember.... the photo can't take 30+ minutes to organize.....
