If this is your first time down the dragon you might want to look into the "newbie" drive. Did that last year and it really wasn't a newbie pace as we drove it a bit spirited.

Last year was my first time. Both my wife and myself were a bit nervous as we only knew one person going. That fear was quickly displaced on our trip from the Thursday night event in Gatlinburg. We didn't know where we were going but followed a couple of people back to Fontana resort. Had a ball driving with these "experts" and it was the beginning of a fun filled couple of days. So much so we started planing on our return as soon as we got home.
Its only after you have attended 3-4 events, do we start playing banjos!

Just don't stand away from the group, and act shy, quiet and bashful.....
We have all been in your shoes at some point....
Come on over to the group, say "hi", and next thing you know, you will be treated like we have known you for 5-10 years!
That's just how it is with this group....
