Post RTD2023 - Event Guide

Woo hoo! We're getting close! It's time to do those last-minute checks to make sure you and your trusty steed are ready! It's the last chance to make sure the oil is fresh, fluids are good and topped off, brakes are in top condition, lugnuts are heat cycled and retorqued, car is washed, etc.

The e-mail went out today with a link to the Event Guide. There is a good chance it went to your spam folder like mine did. Just in case, here is the link to the Event Guide! I would recommend downloading it for offline use and/or printing it if you are so inclined. Please forgive the fact that it looks like it was designed by a 5th grader. That's as far as my artistic skills go.

Excellent! Thank you. A lot of us newbies haven't yet figured out the regular trips and activities at the Dragon each year, or who to ask. I'll be coming in on the 10th, so I'm looking for some people to hang out with before we get started.

We shall see, I just got her running this week and I still have a lot items to put back together. Either way, I am looking forward to driving with you guys.

John and I should be there on wednesday. We could meet up for a drive somewhere depending on when you plan to get there.

It's a 4-hour drive for me, coming in from the Bryson City direction, so I should be at Fontana by noon. What's the earliest you can check in? We could hang out at Bryson City if y'all are coming in from that way too.

I'm getting in on Tuesday and not sure where I'll be on Wednesday yet. I thought about going hiking a bit actually, but that could change on a whim. If I'm around Fontana, I'll keep an eye out for you in that Laguna Blue Beauty.

I am coming from the Raleigh area and I will be getting there on Tuesday. I imagen that I will likely do some sort of drive in the morning but I doubt that we will be gone all day. I will keep an eye out for you Wednesday afternoon though.

We usually meet the OKI group in Maryville around 3:30pm leaving around 4pm for Gatlinburg. It's a bit of a moving target since there can be traffic and what not. It's only about an hour drive from Maryville so I would say between 5:30pm and 6pm. @Lovetodrive2000 might be able to shed better light on the matter.

OK thanks! The instructions say to let you know if we are attending dinner, so was trying to figure out timing. Looks like we should be there in time coming from Cincinnati. Are you able to add 2 more to the reservation please?
Thanks! @SkyladyZ
