Saturday Drive
OK.... we were going to do the Cherohala Skyway on Saturday, but it doesn't seem like there is enough time.... so instead we are going to do.... our Rt 28/Wayah Road run.
Planning on running 5-10 over the speed limit.... some of the curvy parts may be a little faster!
But we won't leave anyone behind!
We will need to be leaving from the Dam at 12:15, so get to the Dam for lunch in time to be ready for the departure at 12:15!!!
We'll head out Rt 28 to Franklin, and go to Peppermint Patties (new location) for ice cream!!!!
Either before or after Peppermint Patties, we will stop for gas in Franklin.
From Franklin, we will take Wayah Road back... normally we stop at the park at the end of Wayah Road, but depending on the time we may just stop to regroup.
Should arrive back around 5:00.....

My lunch run?...or somebody elses? I'm only doing a drive on Friday. *MIKE'S* drive in this thread seems to be for Saturday 
. So...it must be a different Dave that you're referring to Ken.

...consider my dad & me included (*IF* you see us in your group when you leave). I'll have a pretty good feel for how well he can tolerate the roads after Friday's stuff
