Default Schedule?

I don't know how organized the event is, but is there a schedule for DBR07, or do we just play it by ear? http://dbr7.eventbrite.com/ just has:

Heck if I know any of these answers!! I'm in Gatlinburg right now. Prolly gunna poke around the city, maybe run through Cade's Cove...hunt for a place to wash the filth off of the car, too. I've driven 3,000 miles on my vacation so far. Now I get to do driving that I WANT to do.

Here's the whip in NY City:

...and upstate-ish NY (Ithaca):

Got those wheels and suspension setup installed literally the day before leaving for this trip last Friday.

Itineraries will be provided when you check in at the Village. If the front desk doesn't offer you one, be sure to ask.

There will be some munchies at the BYOB registration Friday, but you'll be on your own for dinner. Lunch on Saturday will be provided at the top of Fontana Dam.

We'll all have dinner together Saturday. See you there!

I live in Maryville, and will offer up my driveway, hose, and buckets to anyone who wants to wash. If interested just PM me. I live only a few miles from downtown Maryville.

I didn't think that it was required to stay at any specific location. Can you fill me in on WHERE that is exactly, and can I simply ask them for an itinerary?
